At Manchester Translations we always offer the best quality at competitive prices.

For most languages, the price for a standard document will be around 20-25 GBP, and about 25-30 GBP for a more complex document (A4 page). We offer discounts for more pages.

A standard document is a template document (up to one thousand typographical units) such as a birth, marriage, divorce or death certificate, passports and Diplomas.

Additional legalisation by a solicitor will incur a fee of 10 GBP (verification of translator's signature or certification of a true copy of a document), and 70 GBP when Notary Public's authentication is required (may be necessary in case of official personal documents such as passports, marriage and birth certificates, as well as legal documents). The charge for an Apostille is 65 GBP.

For a certified sworn translation, which is stamped with the certified translator's membership number, there is an additional fee of 5 GBP.

Fees for any other special requirements will be specified by the manager. We can provide urgent translators for a fee of around 5-10 GBP. An additional copy of translation can be provided for 5 GBP.

We offer free postage within the United kingdom

Discounts up to 50% may be given for similar documents, which may be additional pages with the same formatting and similar contents, as long as they are part of the same order. We can also offer discounts or 10%+ for orders over one thousand words, to translations without fixed deadlines, as well as to our corporate clients.

The price we charge may be affected by the urgency and the complexity of the original document.
